Alexandra is the Founder and CEO of Wealth AIgent, combining her background in financial services, operations, and advisor support to bring AI innovation to the industry.

She began her career at a startup bookkeeping firm as Chief Expansion Officer where she built the systems and processes that helped scale the firm’s growth.

Later, at Ameriprise Financial, she became a fully licensed financial advisor, earning her Series 7, Series 66, and life insurance licenses. This foundation gave her a deep understanding of investment strategy, compliance, and insurance planning, as well as the ability to guide clients through complex financial decisions with confidence.

Lexie has also supported life insurance and financial advisors through the full lifecycle of new business applications, including IUL policies, managing cases from submission through underwriting to in-force placement.

This hands-on experience not only sharpened her operational expertise, but also gave her unique insight into how successful practices generate leads, nurture client relationships, and integrate processes that create efficiency while elevating the client experience.

At Wealth AIgent, she leverages this expertise to design AI-powered systems that streamline lead capture, client nurturing, and back-office workflows — empowering financial professionals to operate more efficiently and focus on what matters most: serving their clients.
